Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to ask ANOTHER AGENCY S.R.L. to delete data held by the Alta Agentie Ads API application, and what happens when you do.

How to make a request

Send an email to leonard@alta-agentie.ro with the subject line "Data deletion request", including:

• the advertising account or accounts concerned (Google Ads customer ID, or Meta ad account ID), or your name and work email address if the request concerns your own user record;
• whether you want everything deleted, or only data from a specific period;
• a way for us to confirm that you are entitled to make the request — for example, that you are an administrator of the account concerned.

What we do when we receive it

1. We acknowledge the request, normally within 3 working days.
2. We verify that the request comes from someone entitled to make it.
3. We delete the data from the application's database and from any backups on their next rotation cycle.
4. Where the request concerns an integration, we revoke the associated OAuth tokens so the application can no longer reach the account.
5. We confirm in writing once deletion is complete. We complete requests within 30 days of verification.

What gets deleted

• Advertising performance data stored for the account: spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and conversion value.
• Stored campaign, ad group and ad structure for the account.
• OAuth refresh tokens and any cached access tokens for the integration.
• Audit log entries relating to the account, except where we are required to keep them (see below).
• Where the request concerns an internal user: their user record and sign-in history.

What we may have to keep

We may retain a limited amount of information after a deletion request where the law requires it or where we need it to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim — for example, invoicing records that Romanian accounting law obliges us to keep, or an audit record showing that a change was made to an advertising account. We keep only what is necessary for that purpose and delete it when the obligation ends.

Deleting data at the source

Deleting data from our application does not delete it from Google Ads or from Meta. Those platforms hold their own copies under their own terms. You can also remove our access directly:

• Google Ads — remove our manager account (940-328-6958) from your account under Admin → Access and security → Managers, or revoke the application's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Meta — remove our business portfolio's partner access to your ad account in Meta Business Settings → Partners.

Your other rights

Deletion is one of several rights you have under the GDPR. The others — access, rectification, restriction, objection and portability — are described in our Privacy Policy. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you may complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro.
